Highly qualified ALVIGO Holding’s personnel has retained in new economic situation its creative, scientific, engineering and technical potential and is carrying out comprehensive upgradings on methanol process technology, including catalytical systems and equipment for natural gas reforming and synthesis stages.
ALVIGO Holding has a great experience in comprehensive designing of methanol plants of different capacities, including large-scale ones.
Methanol is our traditional line, in which we are always prepared to collaboration and ready to perform the following works:
- development of initial data, a complete set of design works including pre-design evaluation, basic and detail designs, equipment supply, design supervision for any methanol plant capacity (10 ths. tpy to 1 mm tpy) based on different raw materials:
- conversion of natural gas, oil, associated petroleum gases;
- gasification of solid raw materials (coal, biomass, solid household wastes);
- off-gases (coke gas, metallurgical production effluents).
- methanol plants revamping focused on improving technical and economic characteristics, reduction of power and raw material consumption;
